Kimberley works in the Innovation Skills team as a Learning Services Manager, helping to build and deliver Nesta’s learning and skills offer. She is specifically responsible for the Creative Enterprise Programme.

Kimberley’s background is in managing and developing learning experiences that inspire new ways of thinking.

Most recently, Kimberley was in the Readie team, Nesta's digital policy unit that convenes Europe's digital policymakers, shares innovative approaches to digital policymaking, and publishes research on digital transformation challenges.

Before joining Nesta, Kimberley was at Better by Design in New Zealand and managed learning experiences that supported businesses to adopt a design thinking mindset. She also managed a cultural programme for the New Zealand government’s international economic development agency’s in-house staff, with the purpose of encouraging a deeper appreciation for New Zealand's indigenous heritage and an understanding of future Māori business opportunities.
