Theo worked on the Happier, Healthier Professionals project.
This project focused on improving the well-being of social workers by evaluating the impact of different interventions through randomised controlled trials.
Theo has completed an MSc in Public Policy from the University of Bristol, where he developed an interest in how behaviour insights can be appropriately used to address the challenges society faces.
Prior to Nesta, he lifeguarded on beaches in Britain and New Zealand, while also completing internships at the Dartington Social Research Centre and the Special Court for Sierra Leone.
Theo loves to run, when he is not injured. He also enjoys surfing, open water swimming and documentaries about current affairs.
