Programme Manager in the Innovation Lab
Jenni is a Programme Manager in the Innovation Lab working on the ShareLab Fund. Prior to Nesta, Jenni founded PurposeLab - an experimental consultancy designed to explore purposeful work. She is the current chair of the Brighton Digital Festival, a trustee of the Royal Pavilion and Museums Foundation and a non executive director of Wired Sussex.
Jenni started her career as a designer and producer of digital products and services, with a number of years working at the BBC, followed by a move into marketing focused digital agencies. Over time she transitioned to consultancy, spending nine years working with large organisations to help them develop the new processes and practices required to operate successfully in a digital world. As part of team working in a democratically run company, she helped establish the Meaning Conference, an annual event that explores the critical role business has to play in creating a more sustainable, equitable and humane world.
