Paddy was a Programme Manager in the Innovation Lab, leading on our work that uses social action to support young people to succeed.
Paddy joined Nesta from youth social action charity, Envision, where he was Head of Programmes. In his six years at Envision, he worked as youth worker, trainer, programme developer and operations manager before joining the senior management team. Prior to Envision, Paddy worked at a north London comprehensive in the special educational needs department whilst completing a masters thesis on children’s rights and youth participation.
In his spare time, Paddy volunteers as a governor at Aylward Academy and closely follows the rebirth of Liverpool FC.
Paddy holds a first class BSc in Physics and Philosophy from King’s College London and an MA in Understanding and Securing Human Rights from the Institute of Commonwealth Studies.
