Customer Services Co-ordinator
Veronika sits in the Deputy CEO’s team as a Customer Services Co-ordinator
She works across the whole organisation and is the first point of contact for all incoming inquiries. She works closely with the Communications team to embed organisational brand and strategy implementation and identify opportunities for teams to interact with different audience groups and communicate organisation's work to its stakeholders. She is also responsible for hosting delegations, school visits and Nesta's work dissemination to wider audience.
Alongside this, Veronika studies Social Sciences at Birkbeck, University of London. She is especially interested in urban ethnography and cultural studies.
Previously to joining Nesta, Veronika lived in Spain where she worked in fashion and for a production services company. Outside of work, Veronika plays piano and pursuits all kind of sports, but her biggest passion is skiing.
