Kate is one of the Deputy Directors for the People Powered Results team, leading the delivery of transformation programmes within highly complex systems.

Kate is responsible for having a handle on the bigger picture and overseeing the work of the team. Her role is particularly focussed on operational management, programme delivery and team development.

Prior to Nesta, Kate was an Operations Manager at a housing association, working on a randomised control trial focused on testing the impact of a wide range of different interventions on the health and well-being of tenants aged 50 and over. Previously, she also worked within a number of care and support services, providing support to a range of different client groups, including older people, people with mental health issues and those with complex needs.

Kate has a post graduate diploma in mental health practice from the Middlesex University and graduated in Film and English at the University of East Anglia.

Outside of work, she has a passion for film, travel and visiting the Kentish seaside!
