Kate was one of the co-directors for People Powered Results, leading the delivery of transformation programmes within highly complex systems.
Kate was responsible for having a handle on the bigger picture and overseeing the work of the team. Her role was particularly focused on operational management, programme delivery and team development.
Before Nesta, Kate was an operations manager at a housing association, working on a randomised control trial focused on testing the impact of various interventions on the health and well-being of tenants aged 50 and over. Previously, she also worked within several care and support services, providing support to a range of client groups, including older people, people with mental health issues and those with complex needs.
Kate has a postgraduate diploma in mental health practice from Middlesex University and graduated in Film and English at the University of East Anglia.
Outside of work, she has a passion for film, travel and visiting the Kentish seaside!
