Rethinking Parks Intern
Parth worked for the Rethinking Parks Project, within the Government Innovation field of work.
Parth undertook research to scope out innovative organisations and projects, looking at examples of digital applications used in the improvements and regeneration of public parks.
He worked with the team to establish a network of contacts and open up communications with relevant organisations and people.
Parth recently graduated from the University of Nottingham studying History (BA Hons). He has also interned with the Prisons and Probation Ombudsman, where he helped develop their operating agreements and provided further support to senior staff through prison briefings and investigative research.
In his spare time, he attempts to keep fit by going to the gym and regularly enjoys playing basketball and football with social groups and friends. He enjoys travelling and throughout university, has had the chance to visit Budapest, Barcelona, Amsterdam and Belgium and hopes to continue his travels to Asia and South Africa someday.
