Editorial Manager
As editorial manager, Mary was responsible for telling Nesta’s story through blogs, op-eds, and other editorial content.
Mary is passionate about storytelling and the power of words to effect change. A writer and trained journalist, her background spans health, technology, women’s advocacy, human rights and international development.
Mary started her career as a communicator for a particle accelerator and has since written for media, publishing houses, NGOs, start-ups, international foundations and government. In November 2019, her first book - An Illustrated History of Science - was published.
Outside of work, she loves snowboarding, travelling, and exploring the countryside with her intrepid cat, Binx.
