Seva looks after the Arts Impact Fund, a social investment fund supporting the arts and cultural sector in England. He undertakes due diligence on prospective fund applicants, manages a portfolio of social investments and leads the fund's social and artistic impact measurement work.
Seva joined Nesta from The Young Foundation, where he worked on the Young Academy and helped develop policy recommendations promoting social investment across the EU. Prior to this he was making impact investments in UK charities at CAF Venturesome, a leading social investor. Seva began his career in international tax services at EY.
Outside of work, Seva supports social enterprises in an advisory capacity, particularly around strategy, raising investment and theory of change. He is interested in ideas and actions that can bring about positive social change, financial modelling and the arts in all their forms.
Seva has a BA in Philosophy, Politics and Economics from the University of Durham and a MA in Social and Political Thought from the University of Sussex. He also holds the CFA's Investment Management Certificate.
