Programme Manager, Health Lab
Rachael is a Programme Manager in the Health Lab at Nesta, her work focuses on People Powered Results.
People Powered Results is a partnership approach to complex service transformation in health and care settings, working with leaders to empower front-line health and care practitioners to achieve meaningful change.
Before coming to Nesta, Rachael worked across the not-for-profit, public and private sectors in the UK and overseas, focusing on a range of areas – predominantly diabetes, sexual and reproductive health, youth empowerment, global knowledge-sharing and community development.
Most recently Rachael developed and led delivery of NHS commissioned digital/remote diabetes services for a healthcare startup company. Before that she spent several years at Diabetes UK, where she worked with local health economies across London to facilitate the improvement of diabetes care pathways and ensure the voices of people with diabetes are heard in decision making.
