What I do

Tandi managed the research elements of the Digital R&D Fund for the Arts, a £7 million programme to support the arts sector to experiment with digital technology.  It was established by Arts Council England, the Arts and Humanities Research Council and Nesta to explore the potential of technology to reach new audiences and develop new business models for the arts and culture.

Between 2012 and 2015, the Fund is supporting 52 collaborative projects involving arts organisations, technology partners and research institutions across England. It aims to establish what works, and what doesn't, when it comes to R&D in the arts, and will be sharing research, insight and stories on Native

Tandi has over 10 years’ experience in research and analysis, and is passionate about data-informed decision making in the arts.  She was previously Research Manager at the Australia Council for the Arts, and led the development of Art Facts, an interactive digital resource for arts statistics in Australia.
Between 2003 and 2010, she was as a consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC). As a part of their Economics and Policy team, she delivered economics and policy advice to arts, sport and community organisations.
Tandi has a Bachelor of Business from the University of Technology Sydney, and is a member of the Australian Market and Social Research Society and the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia.
She relocated from Sydney to London in 2013.
