Senior Policy Advisor (net zero), Rapid Insights Team
Tom is senior policy advisor for net zero in the Rapid Insights Team.
Tom is joining Nesta from the Department for Levelling Up, where he worked on net-zero housing policy. Before this he worked in the Cabinet Office in the COVID-19 taskforce, leading work on data and analysis which supported cabinet decision-making.
Tom has a background in engineering, previously working at a civil engineering consultancy and has a Masters's degree in Engineering Design from the University of Bristol.
Outside of work Tom enjoys running and cycling, visiting art galleries and cooking.
