Sara is an assistant programme manager for Nesta’s fairer start mission.

Before joining Nesta, Sara worked across the non-profit sector, leading programmes designed to improve employment opportunities for young people. Sara's experience includes delivering employability initiatives in partnership with the NHS and managing two national talent development programmes that placed early-career professionals in charities, NGOs, foundations and grantmaking organisations across the UK.

Sara holds a master’s degree in social development from the University of Sussex and a bachelor’s degree in international relations from Coventry University.

Outside of work, Sara enjoys attending book clubs, performing spoken word, writing poetry and playing football.
