Programme manager, Challenge Works
At Challenge Works, Clélia is a programme manager for the Aqualunar Challenge and Manchester Prize.
Clélia’s goal is to act as a “tri-sector athlete”, bridging government, business, and civil society to leverage innovation for public purpose and develop solutions to pressing societal challenges.
Her experience spans the public, private, and social sectors—from working within a corporate innovation lab on social and open innovation projects in the financial industry, to serving on boards of non-profit organizations, or innovating within various public administrations.
Clélia worked as an advisor to the Ambassador for Digital Affairs within the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs, focusing on digital public infrastructures and child online protection. As an Impact Canada Fellow in the Canadian federal government, she oversaw the development of innovation challenges and helped establish the Canadian Space Agency’s first challenge prize.
She holds a bachelor's in political science and international development studies from McGill University and an MPA from the UCL Institute for Innovation and Public Purpose.
