This includes Liverpool’s 100 Day Challenge, bringing people together from across the city to improve life chances for young people, Waltham Forest's new families strategy that puts families at the heart of the future of Waltham Forest and North London Hospice’s vision for the future, consolidating learning from their response to covid and designing a model of care fit for the future.
Nadeen is a dietitian and brings her experience from the UK and the Middle East as a frontline practitioner working with people experiencing inequalities to develop innovative, integrated, person-centred solutions and engage service users in programme design and delivery.
She is passionate about bringing people together to tackle complex challenges that don’t have a simple answer and has always pushed the boundaries to develop solutions that work for those who need them the most. She is most proud of her work on the development of the first dietetics programme for young homeless people in the UK and worked with young people to develop, The Food Point, a social supermarket that provides access to food and tackles food insecurity.
Outside of work, Nadeen has lots of creative pursuits, from stand-up comedy to learning how to play the Oud, you’ll always find Nadeen trying something new!
