Programme coordinator, Challenge Works
Josefina is a programme coordinator at Challenge Works.
Before joining Challenge Works, Josefina worked in Chile as an innovation consultant at the Government Innovation Lab, supporting the design of public services, challenge prizes and leading large-scale projects in different public services in Chile with citizen engagement. She later worked in the private sector, where she managed social innovation competitions to address social and environmental issues. She also served as an innovation consultant for Paraguay, mentoring public institutions at Comptroller’s Office of Paraguay and Ministry of Education and Science, as part of a government-led innovation competition.
Josefina recently completed The Master of Public Policy (MPP) at the London School of Economics, where she specialised in evidence-based policy design, social protection, early years, and public innovation. Her Capstone project with the United Nations focused on research on early childhood development programmes from England, the Netherlands and India, and transfer lessons for Latin America ECD programmes.
Outside of work, Josefina enjoys sports and spending time with friends.
