Data Engineer, Data Analytics Practice
Solomon is a data engineer for the Data Analytics Practice, supporting the delivery of data-driven solutions impactful to society.
Solomon joins Nesta from Bede Gaming Ltd., a platform-as-a-service company where he maintained Azure data warehousing solutions. He also undertook an intensive data engineer bootcamp at Generation UK & Ireland where he expanded on his interests in designing and implementing data pipeline solutions on Amazon Web Services (AWS).
Solomon studied Materials Science and Engineering at the University of Sheffield. Fascinated by diamond-like carbon and multiscale tribology during his undergraduate studies, his interest in data gravitated towards navigating financial markets during the pandemic with fundamental, sentiment, and technical analysis.
While he's not working magic with Google on his computer, Solomon enjoys outdoor activities, reading, listening & playing music, gaming, and a good cup of brewed specialty coffee.
