As chief of staff, Nancy works directly with Nesta’s chief executive officer and executive team to drive strategic initiatives and oversee Nesta's organisational priorities.

Nancy acts as a bridge between the CEO, executive team, trustees and broader staff to support decision making and alignment.

Previously, Nancy supported Nesta's three missions as deputy chief programmes officer, and has delivered programmes at Nesta including a partnership with the Department for Education. Nancy also worked at the Behavioural Insights Team, leading its work on education, and previously worked in policy at the House of Commons and Wellcome Trust.
