We're showcasing some of the projects we've supported through the Centre for Social Action Innovation Fund, which are now operating at scale.

In April 2013, we launched the Centre for Social Action Innovation fund, a £14m fund to get more people volunteering their time and energy to help others in the UK, in partnership with the Cabinet Office.

We backed 52 projects in total, each with a brilliant idea to mobilise more people to spend their time and energy helping others, working alongside public services.

From using digital technology to connect first aiders with people in need, to getting volunteer tutors to teach young people how to code and helping people with long-term conditions to support each other, these projects are doing incredible work to transform lives and strengthen communities.

We'll be featuring some of the projects we've supported here, sharing the work they're doing to get more people helping people, how they're scaling their ideas and impact, and some of the lessons learned along the way.
