From digital solutions to social movements, here we introduce some of the key topics surrounding our 2018 event

Here in the Health Lab, we are interested in creating more people-powered and data-driven approaches to health and wellbeing. We think that living well with ongoing health conditions and preventing mental and physical ill health is critical to making the health and care system sustainable in the long term.

Following the success of last year’s 'The Future of People Powered Health’ event, this year’s programme will be an opportunity to explore what power means, where it comes from, and how we can create and use it to improve health, care and wellbeing for everyone.

In the run up to the event on 2 May, we are introducing some of our key speakers via a series of blogs. They are individuals will personal and professional insights, and determination to challenge the norm in the name of progression. Read on to learn about some of their inspirational innovations and ideas in the field of people-powered health.
