Analyst, sustainable future mission
Yo-en is an analyst in the sustainable future mission.
She the joins Nesta from a strategy and innovation consultancy, where she worked alongside creative technologists to design and build inclusive experiences. She brings a background in design thinking and qualitative research, and is drawn to work that sits at the intersection of communities and policy.
In her spare time, she organises with climate justice groups and volunteers at her local community garden.
