People Assistant, People Team
Maja is responsible for HR and L&D administration at Nesta. She provides support to the People Advisor and the Recruitment Advisor.
Prior to joining Nesta, Maja worked in various roles where she led smaller teams or provided programme support in cultural organisations. She has a BA in Social Anthropology and MSc in Cultural studies. Maja is currently completing her CIPD Certificate in People Practice.
Maja is passionate about anything related to alternative and classical art and music. She spends her free time researching the history of fashion, subcultures and everyday lives. When not plotting her next festival adventure, she does embroidery and dreams about owning a dog.
