Allie, Bhakti and Colin feature at the beginning of each section of our NHS in 2030 report, bringing to life the technical and social changes imagined for a 2030 health system.

The report is an optimistic take on what a health system could look like in 2030 if new knowledge is used differently and more people play a role in managing health.

The four axes of change set out in the report are:

  1. the promise of precision medicine
  2. a health knowledge commons stretching beyond traditional actors
  3. a system powered by more people and new kinds of relationships
  4. taking advantage of contemporary behavioural insights.

Here are excerpts from each of their stories illustrated by Stephen Collins.
