Climate Smart Cities Challenge - 12 Jan 2021 09:00 – 10:00

The first stage of the Climate Smart Cities Challenge is a global open call to cities. We are looking for cities to partner with us to run city-based open innovation competitions. These competitions will help the selected cities reduce greenhouse gas emissions and create other social benefits, by matching their needs with partners from across the world to develop and scale solutions suitable to their context.

This second virtual workshop was another opportunity for any cities (organisations in partnership with cities are also welcome) to hear from the partners behind the challenge. This event covered what we are looking for in applications and helped to answer questions from prospective applicants. This event was a follow on from Applying to the open call (Part 1).
