A Partner and Head of the Charity and Social Business Team at Russell-Cooke Solicitors, he has extensive experience of advising charities, social enterprises and other not-for-profit organisations. He is the co-author of the Russell-Cooke Voluntary Sector Legal Handbook, and Visiting Fellow at London Southbank University.
