Hester Hossain

Interim Office Manager, Property Tenancy Management

Hester is the interim office manager for the Property Tenancy Management team.

Before Nesta, she worked at Marsh and MacLennan (MMC) for 10 years in the real estate division. Hester was responsible for carrying out requirements in the role of FM Service Support Manager. She led and developed the reception and help desk teams servicing an office of over 2,500 staff, plus MMC’s regional offices. In addition to this, she worked on small and large-scale projects.

Prior to MMC, Hester worked at the Royal Bank of Scotland supporting senior teams within global banking markets. Before this, she was at Bear Stearns International supporting the head of real estate.

Outside of work, Hester has a passion for home interiors. She likes to travel and go to the theatre. Her happy place is spending time in her garden which is currently a work in progress or at the beach for a coastal walk.
