People Business Partner, People
Luca works as a people business partner, supporting managers and directors with delivering Nesta’s human resources (HR) strategy.
Before Nesta, Luca worked at The Walt Disney Company supporting the Theatrical Group and different corporate departments. Prior to this, Luca used to worked for Nesta as a people advisor and supported Nesta through changes to our programme by providing advice to line managers and employees.
Luca has a degree in Economics from the University of Turin, specialising in International Business, and holds an HR CIPD Level 5 qualification.
Outside of work, he loves reading different types of books, listening to music and podcasts and is very passionate about food and coffee.
