Director, fairer start mission
Charlotte is a director of the fairer start mission and one of the leaders of a multidisciplinary innovation team focused on narrowing the outcomes gap for disadvantaged children.
She brings extensive experience from the heart of the UK government, where she worked as head of strategy in No 10 and held a range of roles in the Cabinet Office and DCMS. Most recently, she led on early intervention in the Ministry of Justice, with a focus on youth justice.
Before joining the civil service, Charlotte worked as a consultant at the Boston Consulting Group.
Outside of work, she is passionate about poetry, theatre and the arts.
