The Senedd's Climate Change, Environment and Infrastructure Committee recently called for written evidence to inform their work on decarbonising the private housing sector.
Our research and work in this area means we were able to respond on key points of interest including that the Welsh Government's 'fabric first' approach doesn't put decarbonisation first.
