Senior Programme Manager
Theo was a Senior Programme Manager in the Innovation Skills team, responsible for the design and delivery of innovation skills initiatives for international development and public sector organisations.
Theo led on the production of the DIY toolkit, a social innovation toolkit designed to help people to adopt and adapt ideas. He previously worked in Nesta's Innovation Lab as a Programme Manager for the Innovation in Giving Fund.
Before joining Nesta, Theo worked for Zamyn - a cultural communications agency - as corporate development manager and producer for the 2013 Cultural Forum at Tate Modern. He has also worked for BT Global Services as an account manager for Thomson Rueters and in the CSR team managing a 3 year partnership with Unicef.
Theo has an undergraduate degree in International Development with Politics, and a Masters in Sustainable Business from the University of Leeds.

Challenge Works designs and runs challenge prizes to spark innovation in science, technology and society.
