Nesta is a research and innovation foundation. We apply our deep expertise in applied methods to design, test and scale solutions to some of the biggest challenges of our time, working across the innovation lifecycle.
Spice, Head of Programmes - England
Rosie leads Spice’s programme design and delivery in England. She works with public, community and voluntary sector partners to building strong and sustainable communities, supporting individuals and organisations to design and develop more co-productive services and deepen their health and wellbeing outcomes.
Before joining Spice Rosie worked at Nesta in our Public Services Lab on a variety of programmes developing innovative approaches to society's most pressing needs. These included establishing the Co-production Network in partnership with nef, working on the Creative Councils programme, and leading Age Unlimited - focused on stimulating innovation around new ways of working and living in older age.
Previously Rosie also worked at the Design Council on the Public Services by Design programme, helping public sector managers to use design methods to develop and deliver better public services. She is a psychology graduate, and also holds an MSc in International Development.
We extend our impact through two specialised units that help people and organisations to solve complex problems and achieve their goals.
