Olivia is a Programme Manager leading on Nesta’s work with AI and Big Data in cancer as part of the Digital Health team to empower patients and drive improvements in population heath.

Olivia has worked in health innovation research and delivery for over ten years, in Business Development and Technology Transfer at Queen Mary Innovation, in clinical research with the National Institute of Health Research Office for Clinical Research Infrastructure (NOCRI), in ethics and regulation with the Health Research Authority and the National Institute for Health and Care Excellence.

Most recently she worked with startups for the adoption of digital health innovations with the Digital Health.London Accelerator, as well as revolutionising the future of healthcare delivery with Genomics England.

Olivia’s passion in research stems from her PhD in Biophysics and Molecular Biology. When she is not running around after her little monkeys or doing DIY, she is teaching yoga and training to be an antenatal practitioner.
