Nesta is a research and innovation foundation. We apply our deep expertise in applied methods to design, test and scale solutions to some of the biggest challenges of our time, working across the innovation lifecycle.
Operations Assistant, Central Programmes
Natalie joined Nesta as an operations assistant for the Central Programmes Office.
Before Nesta, Natalie worked in education. Most recently at a secondary school as a pastoral administrator, where she provided administrative support to the pastoral teams and planned whole-school events. Prior to that, she worked as a pastoral assistant in a sixth form, where she worked closely with sixth form students to resolve their academic and personal issues.
Natalie studied history at The University of Sheffield, where she specialised in South Africa and the end of apartheid, with particular focus on grassroots movements and international boycotts.
Outside of work, Natalie likes to travel and explore new places and get outside in nature.
We extend our impact through two specialised units that help people and organisations to solve complex problems and achieve their goals.
BIT helps clients from government, nonprofits and the private sector to improve people’s lives through our empirical problem solving and deep understanding of human behaviour.
