Programme Manager
Matthew jointly lead on the Public Innovation in Wales project, which is part of the Wales Public Services 2025 programme.
The project aims to raise awareness of the scale of change needed over the next decade and is creating a space in which radical and innovative ideas for Welsh public services can be identified, developed and potentially scaled and replicated.
Matthew also works part-time for Monmouthshire County Council, one of Nesta's six Creative Councils. He is working on service transformation in health and social care.
Prior to joining Nesta, Matthew worked for a number of local authorities in Human Resources and Organisational Development. He has a degree in Economics from Swansea University and a post-graduate diploma in Human Resource Management.

BIT helps clients from government, nonprofits and the private sector to improve people’s lives through our empirical problem solving and deep understanding of human behaviour.
Challenge Works designs and runs challenge prizes to spark innovation in science, technology and society.
