Programme Manager, People Powered Results
Louise was a Programme Manager in the Health Lab.
Working within the People Powered Results programme, supporting frontline health and social care teams who want to work collaboratively and test out new methods to improve health outcomes within a 100 day time-frame.
In her previous role at The Young Foundation, Louise was part of the team that supported community-led action to challenge inequalities, working with a range of voluntary organisations, grassroots campaigns and social enterprises.
Her interests include collaborative learning and design processes that address inequalities of power and representation. She has been involved in participatory design projects in the UK and Europe, neighbourhood-based community learning projects and participatory approaches towards grant-making and research.
Louise is an architecture graduate from the University of Sheffield.

BIT helps clients from government, nonprofits and the private sector to improve people’s lives through our empirical problem solving and deep understanding of human behaviour.
Challenge Works designs and runs challenge prizes to spark innovation in science, technology and society.
