Resident, a sustainable future

Kevin joins Nesta as a heat pump expert-in-residence for the sustainable future team.

Prior to Nesta, Kevin has worked with heat pumps for 17 years. Starting his career at Mitsubishi Electric he helped launch the Ecodan Air Source Heat Pump to the UK Market. Over his career, Kevin has worked both in manufacturing and contracting on new build and retrofit projects, working with key stakeholders including developers, housing associations, architects and installers.

In May 2021, Kevin left Mitsubishi Electric and founded The ASHP Business Ltd, a domestic Air Source Heat Pump installation company based in Suffolk with the aim of bringing together all his knowledge and experience to set up a carbon neutral, plastic positive installation business.

Currently Kevin also still works in the manufacturing industry, working as a consultant for one of the UK’s leading HVAC manufacturers. He is currently involved in the launch of a new domestic air source heat pump product to the UK market.
