Director of People & Organisational Development
Glen was responsible for the overall day to day operation of the People Team, in addition to setting its strategic direction to enable delivery of Nesta’s organisational strategy.
Glen, FCIPD, has over 20 years' experience in human resources, change management and organisational development. Specialising in the not for profit, public, health and education sectors his leadership and expertise has led to organisations he has supported through large scale transformational changes and employee engagement obtaining a number of awards, including Investors in People Gold (Champion) and ‘Sunday Times Best Companies to Work For’.
Glen has an MA in HRM and organisational change and is Trustee for a community-based charity in North London.
Glen has an obsession with planes, travelling and crazy golf – so if you see him stop and chat about any of the above.
We extend our impact through two specialised units that help people and organisations to solve complex problems and achieve their goals.
BIT helps clients from government, nonprofits and the private sector to improve people’s lives through our empirical problem solving and deep understanding of human behaviour.
Challenge Works designs and runs challenge prizes to spark innovation in science, technology and society.
