                        George joins Challenge Works as a programme coordinator for the Ofwat Innovation Fund Challenge Prize.
Before joining Nesta, George took part in Thames Water's digital graduate programme. As a business analyst, he gathered user requirements and performed discovery analysis. He contributed to agile product delivery frameworks, assuming diverse roles such as Scrum Master and delivery lead. Additionally, he aided the Ofwat innovation fund project by tracking milestones and updating systems.
Previously, he interned at Versus Arthritis, focusing on income generation and the pain challenge prize. He studied philosophy at the University of Warwick.
Beyond work, he finds joy in the gym, writing, concerts and language learning. He is passionate about self-development writing as well as meditation and yoga.
We extend our impact through two specialised units that help people and organisations to solve complex problems and achieve their goals.
BIT helps clients from government, nonprofits and the private sector to improve people’s lives through our empirical problem solving and deep understanding of human behaviour.
Challenge Works designs and runs challenge prizes to spark innovation in science, technology and society.
