Principal Data Scientist, healthy life mission
Elena is a principal data scientist for the healthy life mission.
Elena is a quantitative analyst and researcher with experience in the social policy and education field. She has a passion for data visualization, strong research skills, and experience applying and teaching a variety of quantitative analysis methods, including methods for causal inference.
Prior to joining Nesta, Elena worked as a statistician and researcher in the educational assessment sector where she contributed to the awarding of several national and international qualifications.
Elena has several postgraduate qualifications in economics, social policy and quantitative research methods and a PhD in Demography and Population Studies from the London School of Economics. She got her BA in Economics from Bocconi University, Milan.
