Team Coordinator, Future of Work
Based in Nesta's research, analysis and policy team, Beatrice is the Future of Work Team Coordinator for a number of projects addressing the impact of technology on work and jobs.
These include Digital Frontrunners, an active network of 300+ future of work experts, policymakers and practitioners and FutureFit, a major training and research project involving unions, researchers and learning experts. Based primarily in the Nordics And Benelux, the network of both programmes spans across Europe and includes other international innovation hubs. In partnership with unions, FutureFit is focused on upskilling and reskilling workers at risk of job displacement - and doing innovative, robust research about 'what works'.
Beatrice is passionate about creating an inclusive future of work and believes in the role of design principles as powerful tools that can help facilitate the further adoption of creative skills in an increasingly digital labour market.
Prior to Nesta, Beatrice worked as a freelancer for a number of creative startups dealing primarily with operations management and digital marketing. She has a bachelor’s in Design Management at the London College of Communication through which she developed a passion for entrepreneurship, social innovation and design for sustainability.
