This handbook provides a broad overview of the Open Data Challenge Series and the methodology for those interested in running their own.
The Open Data Challenge Series has now run seven successful challenges on Crime and Justice, Education, Energy and Environment, Housing and Food, Heritage and Culture and Jobs.
The handbook aims to tell the story of Challenge Series so far and will also help readers who may be interested in running a challenge of their own by providing an overview of the challenge methodology used encouraging an assessment of whether their sectors are suitable.

- understand the methodology involved in designing and running an open data challenge
