Operations Manager, Challenge Works
Pippa is the operations manager at Challenge Works, supporting the day to day operations to ensure our programmes can run smoothly.
Before joining Challenge Works, Pippa worked as a Programme Manager in the Transformation Team at Police Now, a graduate leadership programme in policing. In this role, she was involved in setting up and delivering new programmes. Some of the initiatives she contributed to include launching a pilot direct-entry detective programme, supporting the development of a pilot leadership development programme, and designing and implementing a new alumni strategy for graduates who had completed one of the Police Now programmes.
Outside of work, Pippa enjoys attempting to cook, exploring new cities and roller skating through London’s parks.
We extend our impact through two specialised units that help people and organisations to solve complex problems and achieve their goals.
BIT helps clients from government, nonprofits and the private sector to improve people’s lives through our empirical problem solving and deep understanding of human behaviour.
Challenge Works designs and runs challenge prizes to spark innovation in science, technology and society.
Join our mailing list to receive the Nesta Edit, our regular newsletter showcasing how we design, test and scale solutions to some of society's biggest challenges, with updates from Nesta, BIT, Challenge Works and the wider innovation sector.
