Programme Manager
Nadia was a Programme Manager in the Innovation Lab working in the Centre for Social Action to support social innovations to scale their reach and grow their impact. She led Cities of Service UK, working with city councils to develop impact volunteering solutions to address strategic city challenges based on the US model originating in New York City by Mayor Bloomberg.
Nadia has a background in psychology and health research. She previously worked for a startup which combined big data and psychology to reveal more about people and why they do what they do through the collection of psychographic profiles. Her role involved leading on the design and execution of qualitative and quantitative research to develop and evaluate new innovative collection data tools. She has also been involved with programme and volunteer management and has a key interest in the use of the arts as a means of community participation/empowerment and raising awareness of social issues. Past projects include working with The National Council of Palliative Care, Dying Matters, British Institute of Human Rights, The Diana Princess of Wales Memorial Fund and PEPFAR.

BIT helps clients from government, nonprofits and the private sector to improve people’s lives through our empirical problem solving and deep understanding of human behaviour.
Challenge Works designs and runs challenge prizes to spark innovation in science, technology and society.
