Max is a designer for the fairer start mission.
Before Nesta, Max worked for the children’s reading charity, BookTrust, developing new products and services to support children from disadvantaged and vulnerable family backgrounds to establish regular reading habits. He has also worked for a small publishing house, designing and testing ways of improving the accessibility of their material for students.
Max holds an MPhil in Medieval History from University of Cambridge and a BA in History with German from University of Exeter.
Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with friends and family, exploring new places, and watching, listening to, and reading about cricket.
