Group Lead - Knowledge, Learning and Development, People Team
Matt is the group lead for knowledge, learning and development at Nesta.
Matt helps Nesta's staff develop key capabilities in this role and ensures critical knowledge flows to the right people at the right time. Before joining Nesta, Matt was the knowledge manager at the Behavioural Insights Team, performing similar work at our sister organisation. Matt also spent 12 years as a middle school assistant principal where focused on school culture, supporting students’ social and emotional needs through restorative discipline practices and targeted behavioural interventions.
Matt holds a master’s in Educational Leadership from the University of Southern Maine and a PGCE and BSc in Biology from the University of Nottingham.
