Leah is a venture designer in Nesta Mission Studio, where she ideates, prototypes and validates new start-up concepts.
Previously, Leah worked as a venture designer at Founders Factory, where she launched and scaled start-ups, including a green energy start-up based on fractional ownership. Leah’s background is as a design engineer across a number of industries; designing products from performance-enhancing Olympic running shorts through to immersive art installations in South Korea.
Outside of work she can be found doing anything in the countryside – hiking, climbing, surfing or a cold swim (with some whimpering).
