Group Data Journalist
Lauren was a data journalist who researched, produced and published data stories.
She mapped publicly available data against Nesta’s missions to create both quick tactical stories and long-form articles.
Previously, she worked at the Centre for Cities as Head of Digital, where she managed the digital communications team and led a data transformation strategy. This strategy aimed to improve how the Centre gathers, stores, analyses, and visualises its core economic data. Lauren was also responsible for digital communications for the What Works Centre for Local Economic Growth.
Before this, Lauren worked for the Royal Society of Arts, Great Ormond Street Hospital Children’s Charity and Voluntary Service Overseas.
