Nesta is a research and innovation foundation. We apply our deep expertise in applied methods to design, test and scale solutions to some of the biggest challenges of our time, working across the innovation lifecycle.
Research Assistant
Katherine is a research assistant for the Policy and Research Team at Nesta.
After graduating from Leeds in 2012, Katherine interned for the public services and welfare team at Demos, working on projects surrounding multidimensional poverty and end of life palliative care. She also interned as the Policy and Research intern at Nesta.
Katherine’s research interests lie in health, and this stems from working as both a health care support worker in mental health and as a health care assistant on general wards. Her favourite ward to work on was A and E.
Outside of Nesta, Katherine enjoys baking, reading, dancing and exploring London.
We extend our impact through two specialised units that help people and organisations to solve complex problems and achieve their goals.
