Kate led cross-team functions for Nesta Challenges.
Before joining Nesta, Kate spent eight years at Comic Relief as Chief of Staff, growing new income streams, leading on strategy, leading cross-organisation change projects and managing key relationships including the Board of Trustees and Government.
Before that she had a career in management consultancy in the City, specialising in building effective and engaged workforces for various global, FTSE and third sector organisations. Kate is Chair of the Board of Trustees for national charity Missing People and a Non-Executive Director at the British Paralympic Association.
Kate has two young children and enjoys yoga, swimming and running.
