Senior Programme Manager
Jason managed the Innovation in Giving Fund where he led on catalysing new ideas and collaborations, and building a body of knowledge and learning and help to bring about a wider transformation in the culture of giving across England.
Jason has a strong track record in developing effective cross sector networks and pioneering scalable social ventures.
With a background in business strategy and strategic communications, he is recognised for his work related to social enterprise, social innovation and sustainability.
Jason was previously Head of Communities at Thomson Reuters Foundation where he developed an international network of social enterprises, NGOs and corporate partners and was Head of Connect at UnLtd, the Foundation for Social Entrepreneurs, where he sourced pro bono and corporate support for social entrepreneurs, developed the systems change and sustainability programme, UnLtd Future, and worked with Nesta on the Big Green Challenge, Big Green Challenge Plus and Age Unlimited programmes.
Jason is a Trustee of the sustainability charity Global Generation and sat on steering groups such as the Environmental Funders Network. He began his career in the Silicon Valley with technology and dot com start-ups and has been professionally acknowledged as a speaker, writer, panelist and judge.
Jason lives in London and has an MA in Social Enterprise Management from Liverpool Business School and a BA in Sociology from University of California, Santa Barbara. Outside of work, he is a guitarist, lover of live music and keen runner.
